Our current classes are mixed, meaning we cater for all. We mix up both Tone & Sweat programmes and give differentiated exercises, so that you can access the class at your own pace.

BalletBums classes are a HIIT style ballet fitness class which are cardio based and much more uptempo then a normal ballet class. We wear trainers, the music is loud and current and we get pretty out of breath! We focus on general fitness, muscle toning, posture, flexibility, coordination and core strength.
