Cardio Ballet Fitness classes for Women

TONE

Ideal for beginners and those who haven't exercised in a while. Tone is at a slower pace, with less jumps but don't worry you will still sweat! Classes include a warm up and stretch, 2-3 repetitive exercises, strengthening exercises, stretch and a deep relaxation with roller-balls.

Sweat

Suitable for fitness fanatics and dancers. The class is fast paced and high energy with lots of jumps! Classes include a warm up and stretch, 2-3 repetitive exercises-including jumps and travelling, strengthening exercises, a deep stretch and  relaxation with roller-balls.

Mix

Our current classes are mixed, meaning we cater for all. We mix up both Tone & Sweat programmes and give differentiated exercises, so that you can access the class at your own pace.

'Tendu' Stretch & Relax spa

Every month you can find me at Swim Spa Burton Joyce, in the heated bell tent, for a 1hr class, refreshments and 90mins spa. See our events or bookwhen page to book.

bring baby fitness

Bring Baby Ballet

A fantastic postpartum workout, using baby as a weight. Baby can be held or worn in a carrier, or left to play on a mat. Core and pelvic strengthening exercises and cardio, followed by baby sensory song time and relaxation. 

Followed by hot drinks and social time.

Why BalletBums?

BalletBums classes are a HIIT style ballet fitness class which are cardio based and much more uptempo then a normal ballet class. We wear trainers, the music is loud and current and we get pretty out of breath! We focus on general fitness, muscle toning, posture, flexibility, coordination and core strength.
